We’re all dreamers, and the Wooldridge Skagit-X is a boat designed to keep pace with those dreams! From loading up fuel and gear for the upriver trek to your favorite hunting grounds, to packing up the family to head out to the cabin for the long weekend. To get you there, we started with our 72’’ width bottom Skagit hull, a tried-and-true workhorse of our fleet. We lowered the sides to 30’’ to reduce weight and increase ease of loading and unloading gear. We then took the windshield and moved it back 34’’ to accommodate the large cargo area of the front step deck, with enough room for just about anything you can dream up (even your 4-wheeler!). Lastly, we split our normal two-piece windshield to accommodate a center dutch door–style pass-through to access the fore and aft of the boat. The Skagit-X comes standard with the KEM 5.3 DI, mounted to either a Hamilton 214 or American Turbine SD309 pump. This combination makes this boat as exciting to drive as it is practical!
