Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Wooldridge Boats Inc wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or merchandise credit under the following terms and conditions:

  1. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM. Please contact us prior to your return. You may call us at (206) 722-8998 or email us a carrie@wooldridgeboats.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of your item. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

 

  1. ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt, item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, and saleable condition.

 

  1. FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
    If the original form of payment is unavailable, we will contact you for an alternative refund via credit card, debit card, or check. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable unless otherwise stated.

 

  1. EXCLUDED ITEMS. All items are eligible for return except “Special Order” items.

 

  1. SHIPPING COSTS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not  meet the above criteria at the discretion of Wooldridge Boats Inc.
