Dear Grant;
I wanted to let you know that I really appreciated the friendly service you provided during the decision process in my purchasing my Wooldridge Alaskan. When I first visited the shop I knew immediately that you're excited about the boat your family has been producing for 4 generations. Because of your enthusiasm in your product I could tell that the boat would be of high quality. You always took the time to address any questions or concerns I had which boat would be the best for me (sport or Alaskan). You completed the boat ahead of schedule whish is probably a rarity these days. You went above and beyond my expectations during the whole transaction.
This past weekend I broke in the motor on the lower Snoqualmie River (it was real difficult to operate at 2000rpm for an hour). After break-in I took the boat up the lower Skykomish, being a new jet operator I didn't really know how the boat would perform. Let me tell you its everything as advertised. The boat had phenomenal handling, perhaps I even exceeded my experience by going into water I shouldn't have. The boat dug in with minimal slide on a hard turn and shot a slot only slightly wider than the boat itself. Boy was that fun. I had the family with me and all enjoyed the ride. I can't wait to chase some wild steelhead on the local rivers.
Thank you for providing such a quality boat along with a a first-rate buying experience. You are very focused on the customer, and if you treat all your customers the same way (which I suspect you do) I for see Wooldridge Boats lasting another generation. I would not hesitate to recommend a Wooldridge Boat to anyone. If I'm ever in need of a new or bigger boat I know who to contact.
Sincerely;
Kevin Beam
