Happy 86th Birthday Bob Wooldridge |

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Bob Wooldridge. Our friend turned 86 years old Nov. 5th and we never forget just how much he’s meant to Wooldridge Boats and all of us here.
Bob, son of company founder, Glen Wooldridge Sr., learned the Wooldridge commitment to the best in boating at an early age from his father.
As they shared adventures and evolved the boat building business he developed the insights and abilities that carried Wooldridge forward to now including four generations and boats shipped worldwide.
When Bob and his wife Ann committed to continuing the Wooldridge boat building tradition decades ago, they blazed new trails with creative hull designs, refining concepts in inboard and outboard jet boats and deep water prop boats.
Bob is officially retired, but he’s often at the factory, helping out with projects, sharing thoughts and delivering boats.
Glen Wooldridge Jr., President of Wooldridge Boats, follows in his dad Bob’s footsteps, and pursuing the same commitment to the best in boating that Bob instilled. And yes, the family tradition has continued with Grant and Angie Wooldridge and Don and Jared Dunning, carrying on the Legacy.
When we see Bob walking around the shop with new granddaughter Avey (daughter of Grant and Angie) cuddled up in his arms, you can bet that he’s coaching her on the future of Wooldridge Boats, as well as being a loving grandfather.
Happy Birthday Bob. We Love Ya, Man.
